This blog exists to publicize the existence of “Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports,” take the speculation about what, really, our collective governments, are doing — out of the realm of speculation and encourage more people to become less docile and submissive to the sell-off of any remaining civil rights, property, or offspring.

This means taking pro-active and consistent efforts to find out what’s happening, and respond to it.   Times are changing rapidly, as is technology, and the technology is rapidly changing the basic forms government.  In order to observe any slice of this change in action, one has to have some tools do measure it with, and some basic language to describe what one sees.  While the “affective” language of outrage, injury protest, and seeking to elicit compassion or short-term change is good for perhaps addressing urgency, it requires a “cognitive” and analytical language to size things up.Some people were born into families (or with an innate ability) to think in these terms.   Others simply decided to hone their skills after they got tired of losing valuables on various battlefields.  Mine happened to be the family law front, after the domestic violence front (every one is different).  Others, maybe it’s the foreclosure front, or dealing with some aspect of government which is hurting a lot more than it’s helping.

However, as a lifelong learner (and a good part of this included teaching) and having had to learn more than one field to survive — I will affirm; it’s possible to learn a lot more than you think, by simply engaging that thinker.  You may not be developing the next level of nanotechnology — however, the people, and personalities, we are dealing with in resisting (corruption, etc.) are not necessarily the inventors or technicians with extremely detailed mindset in only a specific field.  They think economically and in business terms, and know how to hire the professionals and technicians for the business goal — as well as how to profit in a deal, and minimize losses.  They may not BE accountants — they HIRE accountants.  I believe that the mindset, and the willingness to learn some vocabulary (concepts) — which is attitude as much as aptitude — is more important.

Keep in mind that over a lifetime, probably the people strategizing to transfer public wealth into private hands, have ancestors (and/or associates) who set up educational systems to either persuade you you’re dumber than you are (most of us) — OR, you’re only expert in YOUR field, and leave things like “government” and regulating business — to other experts.

In other words, they have you brainwashed into functioning below-your level (exaggerating incompetence) or compartmentalized (and flattered) into giving other experts in different fields a whole lot more credit than they deserve, especially when it comes to critical thinking.  Critical thinking in general, is discouraged (at least in American education — I can’t speak for other countries).  Too much of it by too many would change the natural order.

So, acquiring that understanding and this language — is where these CAFR reports come in.  Almost no politician, LEGISLATOR, Governor, President, Judge, or Attorney, mainstream media, celebrity, or any major philanthropist, is going to even mention “CAFR” by name.  Why would they?

People involved in producing these reports are often working in government and still may not see the larger picture, or feel they can do something about it.  They also may not think to inform others about them.

So, by the time parts of this come into focus, the picture has been changed again.  But the overall game plan (and process for executing it), by and large, has not.

Therefore, it’s relevant, who are the “change agents,” what’s the endgame, and can I do anything about it (for example, how can I resist).

I am always looking for clearer ways to make the point:

“In the beginning,” there were private associations comprised of people in public offices, as part of setting up a monopoly while bypassing the public laws against monopolies.

Of course the public would not naturally or openly favor any more than most of us might wish a dictatorship, or to return to the “divine right of kings,” or a return to the middle ages, feudal times, racial (OR gender) apartheid or a state religion.  I did say MOST of us wouldn’t want a state religion (or gender apartheid, which is related); we know in the USA currently, there are those who do and are actively working towards it…

Government, how to bypass its own monopoly laws
by Walter Burien – CAFR1.com
The feds mandated (by strong suggestion) to local governments back in 1977 at the risk of those local governments losing federal funding, to comply with preparing a Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) or in the alternative if a small local government an Annual Financial Report or Statement (AFR).

~ ~

Step #1 appears to be, creating a dependency by the states (and local governments) on federal funding.  How dependent are we, exactly, at this point?  Well, look up and read your CAFRs and find out!   Or read this:

Financial Coups d’Etat (republished, author says, in 2009)

By Catherine Austin Fitts

In the fall of 2001 I attended a private investment conference in London to give a paper, The Myth of the Rule of Law or How the Money Works: The Destruction of Hamilton Securities Group.

The presentation documented my experience with a Washington-Wall Street partnership that had:

  • Engineered a fraudulent housing and debt bubble;
  • Illegally shifted vast amounts of capital out of the U.S.;
  • Used “privitization” as a form of piracy – a pretext to move government assets to private investors at below-market prices and then shift private liabilities back to government at no cost to the private liability holder.**

Secretly Privatizing of Government Assets (and operations) while Publicizing the Government Liabilities — to be paid by the rest of us — would between individuals or corporations simply be called stealing, or possibly extortion.  Private to private, it would be theft, and subject to criminal prosecution by the local government.

But what about when it happens private, through government, from public – then who is going to prosecute?  But that’s what has happened, say both Burien and Fitts, and is continuing to happen at an alarming rate.

Other presenters at the conference included distinguished reporters covering privatization in Eastern Europe and Russia. As the portraits of British ancestors stared down upon us, we listened to story after story of global privatization throughout the 1990s in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

Slowly, as the pieces fit together, we shared a horrifying epiphany: the banks, corporations and investors acting in each global region were the exact same players. They were a relatively small group that reappeared again and again in Russia, Eastern Europe, and Asia accompanied by the same well-known accounting firms and law firms.

Clearly, there was a global financial coup d’etat underway.

Consider:  Apparently the reason Ms. Fitts and friends here understood this was they’d made it their business to know.  It was a conference on private investment, with as she says, prominent reporters on covering privatization in certain geographies.  The conference was in London.

My question is, can we who have made it our business just to work — afford not to know about these things, and understand the vocabulary, some of the principles, and who are the major players?

I don’t think so. It’s fairly late in the game.  Therefore, I am making it my business to learn as much as I can about this.

The magnitude of what was happening was overwhelming. In the 1990′s, millions of people in Russia had woken up to find their bank accounts and pension funds simply gone – eradicated by a falling currency or stolen by mobsters who laundered money back into big New York Fed member banks for reinvestment to fuel the debt bubble.

If this process isn’t that clear to you, read more of her writing on this; she understands both the Wall Street angle (from a prior firm was in) and the government angle (from prior appointment, highly placed it seems, within HUD).  I’m providing links, and have featured this on blogs; you are hereby without at least the excuse of “how can I learn that complex stuff? I’m just a menial (or white-collar) professional; I know my own field – not finance”

Reports of politicians, government officials, academics, and intelligence agencies facilitating the racketeering and theft were compelling. One lawyer in Russia, living without electricity and growing food to prevent starvation, was quoted as saying, “We are being de-modernized.”

Notice she included academics.  I can document this within a certain (family law) field — see other blog.  I remember it dawning on me — who funds the academia?  Who sets up the centers of excellence and institutes, or endows certain chairs within a law school, for example?  That gets REAL interesting.  yes, academics are involved many times.  I have a post up recently showing how the “architect of south african apartheid” was a bright academic — fields, applied psychology, sociology, welfare and a definite interest in nationalized education:

from “Africanhistory.about.com/od/apartheid…”

National Party Prime Minister of South Africa from 1958 until his assassination on 6 September 1966, Hendrik Frensch Verwoerd was the chief architect of ‘Grand Apartheid’, which called for the separation of races in South Africa. …

Verwoerd proved to be a[n] outstanding scholar, matriculating from school in 1919 and attending the Afrikaans university at Stellenbosch (in the Cape). He enrolled initially to study theology, but soon changed to psychology and philosophy — obtaining a masters and then a doctorate in philosophy.

After a brief sojourn to Germany in 1925-26, where he attended the universities in Hamburg, Berlin and Leipzig, and trips to Britain and the US, he returned to South Africa. In 1927 he was given the post of Professor of Applied Psychology, moving to the chair of Sociology and Social Work in 1933. Whilst at Stellenbosch he organized a national conference on the ‘poor white’ problem in South Africa. …

South African Blacks were appointed to homelands (previously known as ‘reserves’) where it was intended they would eventually gain self-government and independence… Blacks would only be allowed to stay in ‘White’ South Africa to fill labor demand — they would have no rights as citizens, no vote, and few human rights.

Whilst Minister of Native Affairs he introduced the Bantu Authorities Act of 1951 which created tribal, regional and territorial authorities to be (initially) run by the Department of Native Affairs (until they felt the “natives’ could run their own affairs….)

Verwoerd also introduced the Blacks (Abolition of Passes and Co-ordination of Documents) Act No 67 of 1952 — one of the major pieces of Apartheid legislation which oversaw ‘influx control’ and introduced the infamous ‘pass book’.

~ ~ ~(I should probably also note he was stabbed to death on the floor of the house assembly in 1966.  But he started as an academic from a theological family. Notice the fields he started in– they are still active as population control (and profiling) to this day/LGH).~ ~ ~

The moral being, a person’s being a respected academic is no guarantee of personal morality or ethics, and doesn’t mean he (or she) isn’t also a sociopath, or racist, or manipulative.  In fact, it might mean the person is simply more adept and convincing at arranging or justifying evil.

Or, it might mean, some people care more about their profession than what purpose it’s put to.  Others come out later, and speak about its uses, but as by then the technology has already changed society, and government, it is often just too late!

Some academics go into government, and some are used by government to justify its programs.   What I’ve come to understand, however, is that someone has to fund academics and professionals — and it’s usually the business person, who are adept at amassing wealth to fund universities, etc. with.  Most of them aren’t primarily entrepreneurs, but primarily very good students.  That means, someone else is probably steering the car.  Therefore, follow the money and notice the business angle — always!

“Financial Coups d’etat” continued, backing up a paragraph:

Reports of politicians, government officials, academics, and intelligence agencies facilitating the racketeering and theft were compelling. One lawyer in Russia, living without electricity and growing food to prevent starvation, was quoted as saying, “We are being de-modernized.”

Sorry to interrupt so often, but I’m reminded of the Magnitsky Hermitage Capital, William Browder situation in Russia, which is recent (2005ff).  This one hit the US Congress for sanctions, and two sides of the story are now circulating.
Russia, Russian-US relations , Opinion & Analysis, Magnitsky case, Politics, World, US Congress , Magnitsky ListAs US Senate considers Magnitsky Bill, critics cry foul  (note:  11/28/2012)After passing through the U.S. House in an overwhelming fashion, the controversial Magnitsky Act, which ties suspected human rights abuses to the issuing of visas, is expected to come up for a vote in the U.S. Senate any day now and many are predicting a smooth passage.…”I think that first we need to understand why Russia is offended by the Magnitsky act. I think that no sovereign country will tolerate some other foreign nations intervening into the internal affairs. And in this case with the Magnitsky act we can see that the US Congress and the American state basically acts as an investigator, prosecutor and judge on the Magnitsky affair. And because of that we can also say that the Magnitsky act is basically a tradeoff to remove Jackson-Vanik [[COLD-WAR RELATED] amendment. It is a manifestation of strong counter-Russian, I would say Russophobic feelings, on the part of the American political elite.”
While I’m inclined to believe the Browder version, what the whole deal also really shows us is HOW money can be laundered through tax matters, how assets of a firm can be stolen, whether by fraudulent corporation paperwork, or fraudulent tax returns, and a whole lot more, in addition to the power of private equity.
As I looked into how Hermitage Capital was originally started and the difference between, for example, the Browder family (very unique actually), and people who are simply raised to a profession and they work in that profession.
The entire mindset is different, (hover cursor and read excerpt:  Browder clearly understood the value of privatization and how to raise capital, although it backfired for him in Russia…)as well as the associations and family values overall.  Moreover (I should mention) he’s not a US Citizen (last I heard) yet is getting a “Magnitsky bill” passed through the U.S. Congress…
Although remaining committed to the cause of socialism, [[Grandfather Earl Russell Browder of the Wm. Browder in question with Hermitage]] Earl Browder remained outside of the Communist Party until his death in Princeton, New Jersey on June 27, 1973. He was survived by three sons, FelixWilliam,** and Andrew, all distinguished research mathematicians who have been leaders in the American mathematical community.

(Although our Magnitsky capitalist was Felix’s son (see bio of Earl, the grandfather), but this bio of an uncle, Professor William Browder of MIT **  gives some idea of just how unique (extraordinary, really) the family was….  Wm. Browder of MIT was a consummate mathematician and (classic?) “academic/professional.”  His driving interest was his profession, not politics). Also interesting (to me, at least):  Their mother Raissa, was their father’s 2nd wife; divorce and remarriage the same year.  No offspring of the first marriage are mentioned; three sons from the second.

Wm. Browder made his first significant money investing (not much, either) in Poland initially, I read somewhere.

Here’s a bio blurb from 2002 (before the troubles started for him, 2005).  Look at the associations and positioning!  (Occasion, see logo):
2002 Global Conference
BACK TO MS. FITTS — now that I’ve discussed “academics” and more in re: embezzlement, racketeering, and some fraud…. ANOTHER way a person might determine to understand some of these financials, other than actually being a private equity capitalist/investor, or someone reporting on privatization in certain parts of the globe, or someone IN government (like, HUD), selling debt (like “mortgage-backed-securities, etc.)  to private investors worldwide, or investing a United States-based pension fund, for example, in international currencies and/or governments, as also does happen:

Several years earlier, I listened to three peasant women describe the War on Drugs in their respective countries: Colombia, Peru, and Bolivia. I asked them, “After they sweep you into camps, who gets your land and at what price?” My question opened a magic door. They poured out how the real economics worked on the War on Drugs, including the stealing of land and government contracts to build housing for the people who are displaced.

At one point, suspicious of my understanding of how this game worked, one of the women said, “You say you have never been to our countries, yet you understand exactly how the money works. How is this so?”

I replied that I had served as Assistant Secretary of Housing at the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in the United States where I oversaw billions of government investment in US communities. Apparently, it worked the same way in their countries as it worked in mine

MORAL: Another way to understand “how it works” is to be a victim of its policies, i.e., membership in “displaced” population. Notice the peasant women spoke of, in order:  1.  War on Drugs (pick a name:  poverty, crime, fatherlessness, Cold War, you name it — war is war, although no question the Narco element is a big one!) 2.  stealing land (and/or it could be, assets); 3. government contracts to build housing for displaced peoples. Sounds like “the scramble for Africa” almost..

What Walter Burien is (I believe) pointing out here — the government has enough wealth, and isn’t raising taxes or cutting services because it needs to for basic operations.  It’s doing this because it works, and no one has been stopping the process.  Also, that the monopoly occurs in the private realm.

Catherine Austin Fitts, above, was tallking about private investors in government debt.  Below (this post, at least) Mr. Burien is pointing out the PRIVATE TRADE ASSOCIATIONS consisting of 100% PUBLIC EMPLOYEES.

By then sticking the public with the debt, and always raising taxes, sooner or later they re literally displaced (when they can no longer pay).  Then who owns their real estate  Who owns them?  How about their kids?

….. Privatization starts, it would seem, when appointed or elected public employees form private nonprofit associations…

[Walter Burien, 4/2012 article, cont’d.]All local state governments that were not already doing so complied. Then the states passed statute regulations to all of the thousands of local governments in the state to comply also if not already doing so. Back in 1977, at least 50% of all locals were doing so already. (the program started in 1946)The monopoly takeover structure started in 1946 with the creation of http://GFOA.org(Government Financial Officers Association) who started the CAFR promotion project to local governments in the US and Canada, and now since the end of the 70’s http://GASB.org (Government Accounting Standards Board) oversees the accounting policy and guidelines of the CAFR preparation. Both are 100% private associations with almost 100% government accountant / financial management membership. This gives both GFOA and GASB a clear monopoly by consult over massive equity (tens of trillions of dollars) without being called a government operation. if a government operation HAVING TO BE IN COMPLIANCE  with standing monopoly regulations that government bodies were subject to, they would have been shut down a long time ago as a clear monopoly.

You see, being established as private associations directing government by organized and absolute consult, that got around the in place local government and federal monopoly laws effecting government bodies even though both Private Associations having almost 100% government membership.

Why? Why wouldn’t I just go for selfish self-preservation only go back to pretending and follow the closest available, futureless paycheck?

Because I’m a parent?  Because of altruism?

Maybe, but I think I understand the real danger of acting out on common myths.  I also do not believe that most people are going to survive (at least in any form which speaks well of basic humanity) if more people don’t start resisting smarter to the really sick and perverted systems set up by sick and perverted individuals who believe they are superior to vast sections of humanity, when they aren’t.  Nor are their systems.

It’s dangerous to all when the neighbors are dumb.  It’s also dangerous to reside among sheep intent on pretending there are no real wolves, or simply identifying them by political label (if’ you’re a Republican, the wolf is a Democrat and vice versa, or a “believer” if you’re not, or vice versa.  There is a more universal underlying factor (for this world, not any alleged or real next world) to consider when voluntarily giving authority, consent, or resources, towards others — and that is, historically, has this group of people been honest.  Are they operating “above the table” or “under the table,” regarding information, money, and resources people literally need to live

Essentially, this gets down to answering the question, friend or foe? (a.k.a., wolf or sheep; pick your metaphor…).

In what direction, given point A and point B, is money and control of it flowing, in general?

Those of us who have experienced ongoing and utter destruction of our families, livelihoods, professions, and basically, hope for the future for the “crime” of seeking some form of help or protection against an individual IN our families (in my case, it was a spouse) from one or another arm of the political apparatus (court, police, county, or nonprofit agency working with them — in my case this was first a domestic violence nonprofit) — understand what it’s like to be treated as a criminal and/or exiled for expecting something back in the form of services from this network of agencies and authorities we’ve lived around, contributed towards, and basically acted ethically towards, for decades.    Our children were essentially “sold off” into the system simply by virtue of being on its radar.  How would you feel?   Would you just go on with life, continue feeding it alongside others, or would you get educated, examine the facts, and look repeatedly for ways to speak up and speak out?

How about when the betrayal includes religious associates as well?  I had already come to understand that abusive religions tend to duplicate abusive relationships when I appealed to supposedly secular help.  However, when I find the “secular” is equally religious (one step away from actually admitting belief in “the divine right of kings” and innate moral superiority of whoever happens to be undisturbed and in power at the time) then I find the dominant religion is simply greed.

I saw and experienced this in action, then by investigating “what happened?” saw the nonprofits networking to steal rights, resources, and at times children, from people who needed their rights and their resources to live, and who also happened to love their children. This is hard to explain for people who haven’t had the experience and then the mindset to look things up. I found advocacy groups (nonprofits included) systematically withholding very vital information until it was too late to act on.

For example, I was not raised to think of government as a private corporation beyond the reach of the law, but (like many ) raised to work, and respect the laws.  However government’ doesn’t respect its own laws – and has to be viewed objectively according to who it is, and what it is doing, overall.

Right now, 2012, it’s abundantly clear that what it’s doing is transferring wealth — and control – from elected, representative government officials, and increasingly centralizing the power into nonprofit trade associations (running public institutions) which are often international in scope.  This is hardly an accident!

Eventually I heard about the “Comprehensive Annual Financial Report” and how this person discovered it, in the case of New Jersey, and the pieces started lining up neatly.  So I started this blog to, primarily, encourage people to start looking these up.

Please read this (and look a few other places) until it starts making sense.  If you then go to the link, the author has a suggestion for using the existing wealth to fund government operations (locale by locale, I gather) and thereby eliminate taxation as not necessary for running the business of government.

This page was added after I published a lengthy post reviewing the history of Cecil Rhodes and the Rhodes Scholarships (“Long and Winding Rhodes”) which spells out clearly that the strategy is one-world-government (a Commonwealth under the control of the British empire).  Based on the track record of this crew in, for example, South Africa and Southwest Africa** for starters  I don’t think that’s a good idea.

If you don’t either, I suggest taking some time to consider this material.

[Walter Burien 4/2012 ‘Monopoly’ article, cont’d.]On the Federal level the counterpart federal “one looks after all” private association overseeing accounting and financial management over enterprise; private; and consult to the other associations was called http://FASB.orgThe Private Associations mentioned here put forth policy and the local or federal governments then had “Plausible Deny-ability” of not being a monopoly by saying we have a “choice in compliance” when in fact the consult policy or direction given is almost always implemented or acted upon as the standard and thus the monopoly is maintained.GFOA is holding their next annual conference in Chicago during June of this year. I sent last week to the CEO of GFOA a communication requesting if I, CAFR1 could make a presentation to their membership at the conference per the “how to” of elimination of all taxation. You never hear of these organizations openly mentioned being that THEY ARE the power hubs calling the shots in every aspect of government finance, money management, and accounting that directly and indirectly effects well over a hundred-trillion-dollars in government holdings held both domestic and internationally as well as policy enacted by all globally.Several other ancillary private associations also cropped up over the last several decades to network as a monopoly to influence and direct by consult the trillion-dollar cash flows moving within government insurance; banking; investment; population; and land / water / resource management operations globally.

Government is no longer government as we know it. It is a monopoly of no equal networked through private association in most part started by the government players to circumvent monopoly laws and regulations government itself was subject to, as enacted by our fore-father designed to limit government control and take-over of it all. The Federal Reserve was one of these first private associations established with that intent of monopoly in mind from the get-go.

In the political arena, other “private associations” established were the Democratic and Republican party; council of city managers / governors / county managers. Look and you will find them. All networking together with one common theme and agenda: Controlling the massive global wealth for transfer and management to their members from all others across the globe. Price fixing; market manipulations; property transfer; population management; taxation drain; contract assignments; and all policy that effects the before-mentioned. Again said; with the intent of wealth transfer to their gang of internal players.

Almost exclusively these gangs of Private associations were created and are maintained to facilitate the organized wealth transfer of the population into the hands of the collective of government in combination with the financial / industrial complex. The “wizard(s) of OZ behind the curtain”.

The population has just been utilized by these organized gangs as a productivity resource to be drained and managed. This has been the standard for over a thousand years. The intricacy of how it is done has developed into what I can only call the “Tower of Babble” refined infinitem in comparison. One layer built upon another, all networked together with the intent and purpose previously stated. The epitome of greed and oppertunity exerted unrestrained.

**(See apartheid, fomenting wars, mowing down indigenous people — with machine guns invented in America, and with help in fact from a certain Scout from America, who then made acquaintance with a British comrade (in quelling the natives) who ended up founding the Boy Scouts) , death camps, etc. It’s all in there, I have plenty of links).

I never thought I would live to see the day I don’t feel safe in my own country (or know where else to go), and am questioning what more it can demand of me, such as unquestioning allegiance (and more money) after what I endured the past decade in several of its dysfunctional institutions, being lied to and extorted. I have for many years felt that this country in particular, never reconciled its economic reliance on slave labor. I felt that before finding out this information, and now simply have more details and a vehicle to express it.

I would not dedicate so much volunteer time to any topic were it not vital. Please consider, and if you believe it also is relevant direct traffic here or some of the links. I’m not selling things; but some of us have been sold a “bill of goods” in our beliefs about government and what business is it really in. The fact is, people need to learn to government themselves, and at ALL times take care to keep a leash on whatever authorities they have permitted in their neighborhoods for mutual benefit. This requires vigilance — and right now, we are decades behind in basic attention. We have also become heavily invested in the systems set up to fail and extort — to the point it is very hard to regroup and find another way to handle the basics of life.

But I’ll HARD doesn’t mean IMPOSSIBLE.  We need to understand enough of how people like this operate and think (whether “the good guys” or “the bad guys” in a situation, including how to tell the difference) in order to even understand what is required to have a future for our own. The world is indeed structured now around the global economy — politics are, government is, control of land, resources, and technology (including pharmaceuticals and the illegal kinds of drugs, as well as weapons to protect transportation of the same, or enforce unwilling consumption of the same, etc.).

The entire mindset is different,

If you don’t feel like understanding at least some of this, might as well kiss the future good bye, and hope for a nice resurrection to usher in something better. However, I personally believe that if there IS such a resurrection, I will be asked, so what did you do in THIS life, with what you have, to stand up  for what’s right — or even figure out what’s right?

This may be the shortest page or post of the lot.  Think about it, please!

2 Timothy 3

I think the guy knew firsthand what he was talking about, above, having been initially (per the book) a religious leader and literate theologian (in our present terms, practitioner) hired to chase down the innocent, reprogram them or (if they refused) and throw them into jail. The guy understood un/godliness and the dynamics power, things like citizenship.  He probably was trilingual (at least).

Thereafter being subject to similar treatment (bad) by his former colleagues.  Moreover, people who even translated these words into the common language over a millennium later, were subjected to similar treatments, prating about the welfare of the people and their morality the whole time, no doubt…
The experts and private control of wealth expect to retain this control, and are not going to let go of their power basis or habit of privately controlling, with associates, family or corporate wealth (regardless of how much wealth is distributed to various foundations) voluntarily.
Currently, from what I can tell, this means our own government.  Read your CAFRs (find the first!).  How about “Each one teach one.” (and then another, then another).  See what comes of it.   And if you want to see an exhortation of someone committed to a cause beyond his own lifetime, and a real sense of calling, back up to 2 Timothy 2 (a short chapter) and read it!
People who make the most difference in the world, I believe, have a real sense of calling.  Now, as we are clearly stating — (apart from “God” or “no God” — which I’ve already made my personal choice in) — this world is under an attempted domination by people who feel they have a “calling” to rule it — and they are well-trained in the means to acquire the power to do so.
Let’s not make it so easy for such “Roundtables’ and Privatizing — Associations, OK?  This same crew traffics in innocent kids (that’s child pornography and prostitution, I mean, in part for the ability to blackmail someone in power, in part because there are sick minds involved…), drugs, weapons, and apparently adult slave labor — and always has.  Those things go together.
So, when you see people participating in the drive towards enabling a monopoly — boycott, resist a little, do something intelligent about it, OK?  ***
This includes boycotting and resisting the gol-danged faith-based initiatives started by GWB, by Executive Order, in 2001, and continued by our current US President!
Why would Obama continue something his prior opponents (i.e., Republicans) started, after it’s already begun to get caught in fraud and grants-steering, prior to the 2008 election, I mean?  And while I’m there, why promote both sides of the gender wars (stopping violence against women [VAWA] and promoting fatherhood and marriage [fatherhood.gov, etc.]through welfare diversions), unless from the federal viewpoint, it’s got a similar agenda — system change?
Why are the same people causing widespread poverty so concerned a bout eliminating it?  I don’t know, but possibly there’s an answer in Hendrik Frensch Verwoerd, above…

A brilliant scholar at the University of Stellenbosch, he was appointed professor of applied psychology there in 1927. In 1933 he changed to the chair of sociology and social work.

Verwoerd became prominent in politics in 1937, when he was appointed editor of the new Nationalist daily, Die Transvaler, in Johannesburg. He held that post until the National Party won the 1948 election, when he was appointed a senator. Becoming minister of native affairs in 1950, he was responsible for much of the apartheid legislation. In the election of 1958 he won a seat in the House of Assembly, and, after the death of Prime Minister Johannes Gerhardus Strijdom, the parliamentary caucus of the National Party selected Verwoerd as his successor in September 1958.

Once he was in office, Verwoerd’s program for apartheid was applied in full, with an intricate system of laws separating whites, Coloureds (people of mixed European and African or Asian ancestry), Asians, and Africans (blacks). He pushed through the Promotion of Bantu Self-Government Act in 1959; it provided for the resettlement of blacks in eight separate reservations, or Bantu Homelands (later called Bantustans or black states). These racial policies provoked demonstrations that in March 1960 led to the massacre of Africans protesting the Pass Laws at Sharpeville. On Oct. 5, 1960, white voters by a small majority approved his recommendation that South Africa leave the Commonwealth, and Verwoerd’s dream of a republic came true on May 31, 1961.

**Like turn off the TV and get educated!   One way (I do this, obviously) is to start talking about it, and then out of if nothing else, the desire not to sound like a complete idiot, getting further informed, do some of your own research, as well as compare others’– which makes sense with reality, which does not?
This from “Black Agenda Radio” he also talks about monopolies….reporting on how the mayor of Bulawayo (Zimbabwe) wants Rhodes’ bones dug up and sent back to Great Britain.

The United States, which behaves as a great white power regardless of who is the nominal president, is even more narrow-minded than Europe in its dealings with the non-white world. U.S. rulers, including Barack Obama, believe that Washington has the inalienable right to smash and eradicate anyone or anything that might be an impediment to American global hegemony, which they believe is synonymous with human civilization – just as Cecil Rhodes equated British power with civilization, itself. Which is why the British and the American imperialists are, in reality, the world’s worst barbarians.

This last is about the Citizens United decision:

We Move to Amend.

“. . . corporations have no consciences, no beliefs, no feelings, no thoughts, no desires. Corporations help structure and facilitate the activities of human beings, to be sure, and their ‘personhood’ often serves as a useful legal fiction. But they are not themselves members of “We the People” by whom and for whom our Constitution was established.”

~Supreme Court Justice Stevens, January 2010

One thing about this  — as I have added so much about the matter of welfare, the recent “Long and Winding Rhodes” (on colonization of Africa, and the purpose behind the Rhodes Scholarship — which also deals with monopoly)is that people who know they have been robbed and used as a “human resource” (i.e., targeted for elimination, displacement, or incarceration — and let’s get real — in America, blacks have been) — is that they are also often very good students of the system.  This group (BAR, Glen Ford, and the “Black is Back Coalition”) understand that President Obama is a figurehead, and that gentrification of urban neighborhoods, mortgage foreclosures and bailouts, and (worldwide) in general continued “colonization” (maybe I should remove the quotes) — a.k.a.  centralizing control into a monopoly based on presumed (ethnic/heredity or religious) superiority– is continuing.
I think the CAFRs are vital as measurement tools, but have we have to look at the larger picture also.  As a female (not African American) and protesting back human rights violations (Mine happened to originate in the marriage, and family of origin) I have no problem acknowledging where real sociopath behavior seems to come from.  From what I can tell, it’s not the people with the darker skins! !!!
Just found this site today (while looking up a reference to Cecil Rhodes), but consider:

The election of Barack Obama as U.S. president has not ended the suffering of our people or U.S. injustices around the world. While the US Congress has given Wall Street and the auto industry trillions of dollars, the same Congress refuses to repair the legacy of slavery for descendants of enslaved Africans or prevent ethnic cleansing of black people in New Orleans during Hurricane Katrina. Massive home losses due to criminal banking practices attests to the ongoing theft of billions of dollars of black community wealth. Every day, our people suffer police brutality and murder, unjust imprisonment , depression-level unemployment, slave labor in prison and disenfranchisement. People who dedicated their lives to our freedom during the 1960s’ still rot in U.S. prisons. U.S. wars have been expanded beyond the African community in the US to Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan and now threaten Venezuela.

Look at this:
  • US Out of Iraq, Afghanistan, Palestine, the Middle East! Hands off Iran!
  • Rescind the Patriot Act! Drug Wars in U.S, Colombia, Ghana!
I am not going to agree with all these recommendations wholesale — but simply point out colonialism is colonialism.  And from what I can tell, that appears to include the United States.  The book “Moral Combat” above also appears to be a good reference (click on the logo), dealing with black religiosity.
I notice that the journalist “Keith Harmon Snow” is one of the featured bloggers on “Black Agenda Report.”  He also happened to know some people involved in the Family Court system stateside, and was in shock about it; has written some pieces on the matter (on a case in Connecticut).  He does not appear to understand its financial aspects, but does see there is a serious issue here, also.
He talks about “left-liberal humanitarian fascism” it makes sense to me.
Mr. Snow is a genocide journalist.  To shock him would take some doing — but it has happened, and in good old Northeastern USA, New England for that matter.  For what it’s worth, it also looks like he’s a white guy.  His five-month investigation, while appreciated, doesn’t lay alongside people who have decades of experience (stateside) looking at the issues and I was not able to get his attention regarding the grants funding to the courts.  It’s probably not his calling (or focus) to report on this.

Family Courts Behind an Epidemic of Pedophilia & Judicial Abuse

A five month investigation reveals an epidemic of violence and corruption facilitated by Family Courts in the United States.  Children all over the United States are being taken from their protective mothers and delivered to abusers.***  Behind this epidemic of judicial abuse are organized networks involved in racketeering and corruption, channeling and disappearing billions of dollars of U.S. taxpayers money every year.  Insurance companies are being defrauded by medical and mental health professionals rewarded handsomely for producing quack studies that criminalize loving mothers and protect abusive fathers.  With clear evidence of racketeering and corruption, high court judges and insider lawyers use and abuse the Family Courts system to destroy protective mothers and deliver life sentences of suffering to innocent children.  Rich, poor, middle-class… No child in America is safe.
From elsewhere in the same link:
While the mass media has covered their tracks, their misplaced moralism has simultaneously helped birth a new left-liberal ‘humanitarian’ fascism.  In this falsification of consciousness, Western human rights crusaders and organizations, funded by governments, multinational corporations and private donors, cheer the killers and blame the victims—and pat themselves on the back for saving Africa from itself.  Meanwhile, the “Arab Spring” has spread to (north) Sudan.  Following the NATO-Israeli model of regime change being used in Central & North Africa, it won’t be long before the fall of Khartoum.

I probably just lost whatever audience is left, but wish to point out — the affective language is Effective.  However, analysis is usually best (both are needed).  There’s more than meets the eye to the particular case mentioned above — and the fact is, in that good fathers are being extorted through the courts also; bad ones are being rewarded. It sometimes goes the other way — the profit for the courts is in choosing the most corrupt side and betting that the other one gives a damn about their own kids and will come after them — which is where the money continues flowing THROUGH the courts TO associated nonprofits.
Lori Handrahan didn’t investigate this up front (she may understand better by now, I DNK), but followed the advice, apparently, from advocacy groups which didn’t have her kids’ best interest in mind.   The real story behind the story is not the individuals — but the organizations — behind this mess.  And it is much, much larger than the family courts alone.
Anne Stevenson’s HuffPost article (hover for abstract) points out how welfare funding drives judicial decision-making.  It’s about steering the money.  (It really is an excellent article, also on my links list here.  I have looked at many of the programs, and some of the individual nonprofits she reports are receiving this federal funding.  Meanwhile, we are supposed to cut services and raise taxes while training-the-trainers to rehabilitate certain types of psychopaths who are immune to rehabilitation?  (yep….).
Decent fathers don’t need to be bribed or bullied or trained into decency, it’s not innate to the gender!  any more than certain races need to be taught how to govern themselves.
As it happens our entire culture at this point, and the USA for sure, has been affected by this drive for world domination by an elite few, who all along the way are moralizing about the poor.
Perhaps we can change the conversation by focusing on their practice of concealing their privatization of government, and concealing the true extent of the holdings.  Keeping in mind that much of this started before the “genius” sheep-sheering technique of the income tax, and the ongoing creation of new types of corporations and financial instruments towards the same goal.
(This page will probably be revised over time…I am struggling with keeping it to the Cold Hard Facts as the title says, when the topic of genocide is attached to them! I also know what it’s like being personally treated like a non-human and having my kids “sold” for profit by people who look like me — but are different on the inside, for sure.  However, I have to acknowledge (from the Congressional record) that the system was actually designed for people who do not look like me (other than they were primarily female, as to welfare-reform 1996ff)   11/30/2012…Lets Get Honest).  The whole thing stinks to high heaven; and I know there has to be a better way to do things.   It also is obviously on a timeframe, and this clock is ticking.
Perhaps enough people are around who can get behind Walter Burien’s TRF idea.  I just haven’t caught up with the information yet, and my experience is, most are immunized to truth because it’s just too frightening.  And among these are those who believe some very big distortions being promoted about Jesus starting ca. 200-300 A.D. which, regardless of whether or not the Bible (as it came to be canonized), the scriptures (and language itself) do not validate. Hence, they had to be promoted by force.  And, what else is new in that category??
Don’t forget to read the rest of Mr.  Burien talking about using the same funds already in government control through pensions, etc. — to simply fund government operations, and quit the gol-danged taxation to expropriate the locals. When I first read this, it seemed to me that if this could and would be pulled off, I might not need to find another country to live in, or one that I could in some manner respect, and rebuild something which wouldn’t be exploited, stolen, or used to traffic in child prostitution, etc.   through the coercive centralized taxation system:
Here’s how he puts it and thank you, sir:
CAFR1 has to make a confession at this point. CAFR1 has worked for over a decade to bring forth into birth its own “Private Association”. It has been called by CAFR1 the TRFA (Tax Retirement Fund Association). There is one “BIG” difference in the “intent” and “purpose” of the TRFA over the other Private Associations rooted primarily to influence government by consult as a networked monopoly for population wealth transfer to themselves. The difference is the TRFA policy. The written in stone, first commandment primary objective is: To make the population the “First Line Beneficiary” of the investment wealth held by government through the elimination of all personal and corporate taxation through the investment return generated through and by the application of the TRF (Tax Retirement Fund).

Government’s own structure; financial management teams; and fund management performance return records establish the TRF accounts can meet the objectives, and the structures are in place today to make it happen tomorrow. One revenue source – taxation is replaced with another – investment / enterprise return.

Government pension funds are established by prospectus with the objective set to be met from the return to pay salaries and benefits from the fund. The TRF is established by prospectus with the objective set from the return to meet local government operating budgets generated from the fund replacing the need for any taxation.

Every government venue in the county has conclusively proved by example that the TRF will work to eliminate all taxation through the example shown in the management of their own collective total multi-trillion dollar pension funds.

What is missing in this equation as to why the TRF is not bursting forth for application all over the country in every venue large and small? The answer is very simple: It is hard to change the standing outcome in a three party discussion between: Wolf, Fox, and Sheep as to what dinner will be.

Government and the financial / industrial complex has been teamed up together for over a thousand years to utilize the population as a productivity resource to be drained and managed. This circumstance never was a good thing, nor will it ever be a good thing
